Noted as the state’s largest, independent, not-for-profit health system, AnMed Health is a 578-bed system anchored by AnMed Health Medical Center, a 461-bed hospital in downtown Anderson. AnMed Health also has a satellite North Campus that includes the 72-bed AnMed Health Women’s and Children’s Hospital, the 45-bed AnMed Health Rehabilitation Hospital, a comprehensive Cancer Center, physician offices and the Cardiac and Orthopedic Center.

AnMed Health has introduced a new urgent care and after-hours service designed to provide convenient and affordable care for unexpected minor illness and injury. CareConnect is located at 600 N. Fant Street in Anderson and at AnMed Health-Clemson, located at 885 Tiger Boulevard/U.S. Highway 123 in Clemson.
With extended hours, walk-in appointments and onsite lab and X-ray, CareConnect offers convenience while also serving as a gateway to AnMed Health’s full range of specialized services. Conditions appropriate for CareConnect include sprains, strains, broken bones, colds, flu and respiratory illness.

OCONEE MEMORIAL HOSPITAL
Oconee Medical Campus, part of Prisma, has been caring for the residents of the greater Oconee County community since 1939. Throughout its history, the highest priority has been on providing compassionate, exceptional care to the families it serves. Today, Oconee Medical Campus consists not only of a 169-bed hospital featuring both a comprehensive range of inpatient and outpatient services, but also a host of community-based services.
