Ambassadors

Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors are highly visible volunteers who serve as the Chamber’s primary liaison to new members. Considered the goodwill arm of the Chamber, Ambassadors play an essential role in member recruitment, communications, and retention.

 

Ambassadors make a commitment to build lasting relationships with the membership, particularly new Chamber members, in order to grow a loyal, committed membership base that will continue to support, participate, and invest in the Chamber.

Ambassador Activities:

• Personally greeting new members with the welcome bag

• Attending and volunteering for Chamber events, such as grand opening, membership luncheons, state of community addresses, and more

• Supporting new members through their first year with reminder calls of upcoming Business After Hours events, membership luncheons, grand openings, and other events

• Sharing community and business resources

Ambassadors meet on the second Tuesday of each month.
