Whether it's an item for your home, a gift for a baby or friend, or even just something special for yourself, The Little Curiosities Shoppe will have just what you are looking for.
The owner is a Clemson native, Linsay Long. She has spent the last 17 years in New York City where she worked in the fashion industry. Opening a gift store in her hometown has always been a dream of hers.
The Ribbon Cutting Ceremony took place on March 27, 2024 at 4:30 pm. There was a reception afterwards with a tasting from Finch + Fennel as well as cocktails by Practical Magic. Long also debuted her signature candle line that is a collaboration with Candlefish which is located in Charleston, SC. An attendee won a raffle for a $100 gift card.
Billy D’Andrea, the Executive Chair of the Clemson Area Chamber of Commerce board took the opportunity to attend and shop with his wife Lee. He said, “This is a nice addition to the community, having a shop for home and gifts!”
Dianne Bitzer, another member of the board who attended the event, thinks that we’ve needed a place like this in this area. “I found something for my son’s birthday,” she said.
President of CACC, Bryan Lee, hopes The Little Curiosities Shoppe feels welcomed in the community and enjoys many years of success in Patrick Square.
