Refund Policy
Membership Dues are not refundable. Event Sponsorship will be refunded or transferred to another event if the sponsored event is cancelled. Event attendance will be refunded or transferred to another event if the requested event is cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
If you have paid for an event and cannot attend, you must give 48 hours’ notice by phone or email to be refunded your attendance fee. If you have confirmed that you would attend an event and have been invoiced but do not attend or cancel with 48 hours’ notice, you will be expected to pay the invoice. If you have confirmed that you would attend an event and do not attend or cancel with 48 hours’ notice, you will receive an invoice for the event seat and meal reserved for you.
